Serpent Harbour North Channel- Wednesday July 28

10 am -4 pm – Weather permitting* (see note below), we’ll leave from the boat launch at the Old Mine parking lot (just east of the North Channel Yacht Club) at 10am, head southwest towards Long and Knight points and explore the shoreline, with a shore lunch enroute, and return to the Old Mine Launch. This is a particularly scenic section of the North Channel, with secluded anchorages and open points. Level of difficulty is intermediate – with the possibility of wind and waves, but we will not push people further than they wish to travel.   Contact Wally Van Dyke at wvandyke52@gmail.com before Tuesday July 27 at noon if you are interested in attending this trip, to receive further info.  Need equipment? Also contact Gary Smith at gandnsmith@hotmail.com  for that.   * Special Note: If the wind is too strong, we might choose an alternate location - so those who sign up, stay tuned for a note from Wally on the evening prior to this trip.   Hope to see you on the water!
